Collection: Refund Policy

SECTION 1 - Return and Refund Details:

We offer a 30-day return/refund policy from the date of receiving the items.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in unused and resalable condition and in the original packaging with all tags, literature, and components.

Returns are not accepted for gift cards, clearance items, special order items, used or installed items (when received correctly), items without the original packaging, and items discontinued by the manufacturer.

 

SECTION 2 - How to Begin a Return:

Customers can initiate a return by emailing us.

If the return is due to reasons like the customer no longer needing the item or ordering the incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the return costs.

If the return is due to reasons like the item looking different from the website image, being damaged upon arrival, or lost by the carrier, we will provide return labels or request the customer to destroy the item in compliance with state regulations.

If the return is due to poor quality or item fault, we will contact the manufacturer on behalf of the customer for resolution.

Returns with "Other" reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and additional details may be requested from the customer.

 

SECTION 3 - Item(s) Received Incorrectly:

Customers who receive incorrect items must contact us within seven business days of delivery and provide detailed photos.

Customers should not attempt to install, or use items that may have been delivered incorrectly.

Return costs for incorrectly received goods will be covered by us, including providing prepaid return labels.

 

SECTION 4 - Defective Item(s):

Customers believing they received defective items should contact us within 30 business days of delivery.

Customers should not submit Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests for defective items without first consulting with our support team.

 

SECTION 5 - Damages and Issues:

Customers who receive damaged items must contact us within seven business days for most carriers and within 24 hours for specific freight carriers.

Detailed photos of the damaged items and packaging should be provided.

Customers should not use or attempt to install damaged items.

 

SECTION 6 - Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for gift cards, clearance items, special order items, used or attempted-to-install items (when correctly received), items without original packaging, and discontinued items.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also non-returnable.

 

SECTION 7 - Exchanges:

We do not allow exchanges. Customers should initiate a return request for the incorrect item and can choose a refund issued to store credit or their payment method.

 

SECTION 8 - Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the return shipment, the customer will be notified about the approval or rejection of the refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will vary based on the reason for return, with shipping refunds assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

SECTION 9 - Third-Party Charges, Installation Costs, or Labor Expenses:

We will not be responsible for any charges or expenses incurred by the customer related to the installation or use of purchased items.

 

SECTION 10 - European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a specific reason.

The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
