ScienceofSpeed TVS Intercooler 1991-2005 Acura / Honda NSX

The ScienceofSpeed TVS Intercooler is designed exclusively for the ScienceofSpeed TVS Supercharger System. This optional intercooler is recommended for applications producing in excess of 140 wheel horsepower gains.

The intercooler is designed to reduce inlet temperatures by up to 23 deg C (73 deg F). This significant decrease in inlet temperature is produced by using an intercooler core that is 120% thicker than prior intercooler designs, made possible by the ScienceofSpeed TVS Supercharger intake manifold.

The intercooler nests inside the intake manifold, and does not affect the height of the supercharger.

The ScienceofSpeed TVS Intercooler is compatible with ScienceofSpeed TVS Supercharger (Tuner & Stage 2 only).

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was used to determine the optimum design for the intercooler and inlet manifold.

Features
55mm core designed to reduce inlet temperatures up to 23 deg C (73 deg F).
Does not increase the height of the supercharger.
CNC machined billet aluminum end tanks.
Coolant fittings join the intercooler externally of the intake manifold to prevent water leaks in case of seal failure.
AN12 ORB inlet & outlet ports - kit includes 19mm (3/4") hose barb fittings.

Required: Intercooler Installation Kit (heat exchanger, fluid pump, and reservoir) is sold separately.
