To achieve these unique shapes, RAYS ENGENEERING, the driving force behind VOLK RACING, employs thorough structural analysis. This analytical process ensures that the design isn't just visually appealing but also serves its intended function effectively in a real-world street car context.

In the case of the G025 model, a significant evolution is seen in the spoke width. While conventional wheel design might result in a spoke width of 6.5mm, the G025 model pushes the boundaries with a 5mm spoke width. This innovative design resembles the elegance of high-heeled shoes while being robust enough to handle the power generated by modern high-performance vehicles. This achievement is made possible by RAYS ENGENEERING's expertise in creating 100% in-house racing wheels that are tailored to extreme situations, thanks to their extensive knowledge.

The design features of the G025 model include a universal 2x5 spoke arrangement, with a distinct difference in the placement of the bolt hole. Instead of being situated between spokes, the bolt hole is centered on each spoke. Additionally, strategically positioned weightless holes are located alongside the bolt holes and at the root of the spokes. These holes are crafted using advanced 5-axis machining technology. The spoke section of the G025 model stands apart from its predecessors, G25 and G16, and aligns with the current trend of high-offset wheels and larger brake systems. This design choice results in a sharp and racing-inspired concave design that enhances both the wheel's aesthetics and performance.
