The Tanabe SUSTEC TOWER BAR limits chassis flex, allowing the shocks, springs, and stabilizers to reach their full potential. When a vehicle's power output is improved and its handling capabilities are upgraded with new springs, dampers, or adjustable coilovers, additional strain is put on the vehicle. As the vehicle was not designed to support such pressures, the body is prone to flex beyond the typical level, potentially resulting in reduced handling stability and capability. To avoid this, front and rear tower bars are available to reduce chassis flex.
