The photocopying of U.S. Government identification cards is a violation of Title 18, U.S. Code Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701 and punishable by fine and imprisonment.

Please email from gov issued a e-mail account to verify your status, be sure to include your name, and personal email that your account is registered to in the body of your email.

US PRIOR SERVICE
Please submit any documentation provided to you upon separation that indicated prior service. Please do not include PII information.
