Product ordered 6/25/25. Today is 10/13/25 and the product still has not arrived. I have to initiate all contact. No status updates. Trying to get refund, but same sort of service. At this point, I have to turn to the credit card company to dispute the charge.
Absolutely horrible customer service from OTF and NOT shop jdm solely the products service. if you email them about the tunes they don't get back to you until the following week and at 11pm at night. and their response to their product not working and not being able to download tunes, "get another phone or laptop".

The shipping was weird it said Friday then said Saturday and then saidMonday but then shipped Friday so it came but confusing😂 other than that I highly recamend! Sounds amazing just by itself!
